PSP is investing in an all new ID scanning system for the 2014 season. The new system will reduce congestion in the player paddock and pit areas, providing more space for teams when they are playing their matches, reducing obstacles to PSP staff working to provide the best experience to the players, and increasing the security of players’ equipment.
Players and staff will be admitted into the player paddock area beginning 90 minutes prior to their scheduled game time through 30 minutes after the actual conclusion of their last match.
As admittance will be based on each person’s game times, players and staff appearing on multiple rosters must ensure that they are signed in and checked in on each of their rosters to have access to the pits for each team’s games.
Laptops with scanners will be provided at the exit of registration allowing participants to verify the rosters they are checked in for and players and staff are encouraged to verify that their ID card is scanning properly prior to departing registration.
This new system is PSP’s latest investment in providing players and teams with the best tournament experience in the world. Don’t miss all the action from the 2014 season opener, the PSP Dallas Open, on the live event webcast on March 14, 15 and 16 at PaintballAccess.com!
