Paintball Sports Promotions is excited to announce that the 2009 Chicago Open will be returning to the Bolingbrook Recreation and Aquatic Center June 24th-28th. After four hugely successful events held at BRAC, we're looking forward to returning for a fifth year.
BRAC is conveniently located in Bolingbrook, IL less than ten minutes off of I-55 about half an hour from both major Chicago-area airports, O'Hare and Midway. Both airports are easily accessible for travelers with over 56 passenger airlines operating out of the two.
The city of Bolingbrook is anxious for our return and has much to offer teams and players, including numerous hotels and restaurants that are just minutes from the venue. Pelican Harbor Aquatic Park, located adjacent to the venue site, is a popular destination for those looking to beat the heat or relax after a day of intense competition.
The Chicago Open is the second largest event of the year, with over 2,000 players in attendance last year.

For the 2009 season, paint may be purchased onsite at each event from one of the PSP sponsors. Numerous companies will be offering a wide selection of the most technologically advanced paint available on the market today. Featuring tournament grade fills, consistent accuracy, and proven performance, you're sure to find top quality paint at competitive prices.
While teams may still bring their own paint to the event, only sponsor-brand paint will be allowed. Red and pink fill will also be unacceptable.
Staining paint will not be allowed. PSP and our paint sponsors are working together on a formula that will continue to provide high quality tournament level paint without the staining quality.
